HIT Yoga

HIT Yoga (High-Intensity Interval Training Yoga) combines traditional yoga with intense cardiovascular exercises. It strengthens muscles, improves endurance, flexibility, and balance, while providing the calming effects of yoga.

Gentle Gym

Gentle exercise, suited for seniors, beginners, or those with mobility issues, uses slow and controlled movements to improve flexibility, balance, coordination, and muscle strength without overexerting the body.

Meditation

Relaxation

Meditation/relaxation, aiming to achieve calm and mental clarity, uses breathing techniques, concentration, and muscle relaxation to reduce stress, improve self-awareness, and promote inner peace and overall well-being.

Body Balance

Body Balance, combining yoga, tai chi, and pilates, enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and mental relaxation. It harmonizes body and mind through fluid movements, controlled breathing, and concentration, targeting various muscle groups.

Pilates

Pilates, created by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, strengthens deep muscles, improves posture, increases flexibility, and develops coordination through controlled movements and breathing techniques.

Danse teacher

She graduated as a state-certified dance teacher in 1999 from the Conservatoire de Rouen (76) and has nurtured a passion for dance since the age of 4. She transformed this passion into a profession to share her love of dance with both adults and children. Her career has also enabled her to teach step, Pilates, gentle gymnastics, and Body Balance.

Yoga teacher

She completed a unique training in dynamic yoga with an international RYT 200 certification from Yoga Alliance, along with additional modules in yin, vinyasa, children’s yoga, and anatomy, which allowed her to diversify her practice. She discovered yoga at the beginning of her nursing studies. After exploring many courses, she finally found the style of yoga that suited her.
