Our Universe

With the Côte des Blancs as its backdrop, this place encompasses all the natural elements of its surroundings. Champagne is not the center of its world, but its nature is. The menu reflects the restaurant: authentic, natural, and meticulously crafted, but above all, Champagne-inspired !

Our Vertusian Head Chef

Two chefs work in our restaurant: for lunch, Fiona Danau delights you with bistronomic cuisine, while for dinner, Patrick Laurent offers a semi-gastronomic experience. Both passionate about local cuisine, they will introduce you to our region through your plate, from breakfast to dinner.

Terre de Craie Restaurant

Immerse yourself completely in Champagne within our restaurant, located in a former inn dating back to the 20th century. We can accommodate up to 80 guests indoors and 50 on our terrace.

For breakfast, we offer a gourmet and comprehensive buffet with delightful Champagne accents. Assorted pastries and breads, accompanied by various jams and fresh fruit juices, fresh fruit salad, farm dairy products, as well as our regional charcuterie and cheeses.

Opening Hours:

Open for lunch on Tuesdays and for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday.

– Lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM

– Dinner from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
